I’ve not tried to increase Baud rate. Does it have any impact for the connection bit rate?

The main configuration of wvdial.conf for IM3 is the same with the configuration which was wrote in this blog. The difference is only in APN and maybe in user and password.
As i am not IM3 user, i don’t know the APN, user and password for IM3 exactly. Maybe the configuration is like bellow, but i can not say for sure and also can not guarantee whether it will work or not.

[Dialer Defaults]

Modem = /dev/ttyACM0
0Baud = 460800
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
init3 = AT+CGDCONT=1, “IP”, “INDOSATGPRS”
ISDN = 0
Modem Type = Analog Modem
Phone = *99#
Username = indosat
Password = indosat
Stupid Mode = 1

Well, actually i also found that the temperature of my 6120C turn into little hot when i used it as modem for long period of usage.
Therefore i put my 6120C in the floor for cooling it

Bro.. I have bought nokia 6120classic. I want to use it as a modem in ubuntu 8.04. Actually I have used it as a modem in my windows. and I am rather doubt whether this handphone can be used as a modem for a long time or not, coz i found it very hot when it is used as a modem.
